Part-Time SEND Assistant

Canbury School provides a unique environment, for both students and staff alike. A co-educational day secondary school with a maximum of 75 students on roll and no more than 15 children in each year and class, we are small, and deliberately so. We provide a high level of care and very good educational facilities up to GCSE and each student is treated very much as an individual, hence our motto “Embracing Difference and Harnessing Talent”

Conveniently accessible from all of South-West London and Surrey, this is an exciting time to join this friendly, close-knit and supportive team, and become part of its continuing success.

We are looking to recruit a SEND Assistant to assist the SENCO with the annual review process of students with EHCP.

Experience/training is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.

The students are at the heart of everything we do, so you will be happy to contribute to the range of tasks associated with a busy, successful school and be willing to go the extra mile to make their experience as enriching as possible.
