Extra-Curricular Activities
My Day, by Harry B
When I arrive at school
I head to my locker to put my stuff away. Then I wait until form time.
I know the lessons are starting because
the bell goes.
At break time
I sit with my friends and go on my Chromebook to look at lego.
I know the lesson is ending because
the bell goes.
At lunch time
I eat in the playground. My favourite sandwich has seedless strawberry jam in it. Sometimes I do lego, yoga or home-work club.
After lunch
I go to my tutor room. My tutor is Mr Barnes.
On PE/Games days
I wear my PE kit. At the moment I am going to white spider climbing.
At home time
My mum or dad will come and get me. Sometimes I have to wait in school for a bit because my brothers finish at the same time as me in a different school. When I am home I watch videos and have a shower. Or I go on my trampoline or go to youth club.
LEGO JOKE: What’s the best way to keep intruders from entering your home? Put lego bricks all over the floor!
Assemblies
Assemblies/form time are timetabled each term and take place on Fridays. Assemblies are delivered on rota system by either the Headmistress, staff, prefects as well as external visitors. Assemblies start/finish with notices from staff.
